House Rules

These rules apply to direct-booking requests and stays at Casa Serena. Booking-channel rules may also apply when booking through Airbnb or Vrbo.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is after 4:00 PM; checkout is before 10:00 AM, San Antonio local time. Early check-in and late checkout require prior written approval.

Guests and property use

• Maximum 10 overnight guests. All guests must be included in the reservation count.
• Children are welcome. No pets are allowed.
• No unauthorized parties, events, or additional visitors without advance host approval.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM, including the backyard and pool area.
• Smoking is permitted outside only. Dispose of smoking materials safely; no smoking inside.
• Driveway parking accommodates up to four vehicles. Observe posted street-parking rules and do not block sidewalks or neighbors’ driveways.

Private pool and outdoor areas

• The private pool is not heated and there is no lifeguard on duty.
• Children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult around the pool and outdoor areas.
• No diving, running on wet surfaces, or glass in or around the pool.
• Use the pool and outdoor areas responsibly; report hazards or damage promptly.

Checkout checklist

• Gather used towels and place them on the bathroom floor.
• Leave used beds unmade.
• Load and start the dishwasher.
• Bag trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins.
• Remove personal belongings, turn off lights, and lock doors.

Please report maintenance concerns, accidental damage, or safety issues to the host promptly. These rules supplement, but do not replace, the terms of a confirmed reservation or applicable law.
